Tux/Suit rental in Berlin

If you're traveling from abroad and need to rent a suit or tuxedo in Berlin, we recommend checking out here.

To ensure they have the right size reserved for you, be sure to provide

your measurements in advance and  reach out as soon as possible.

This recommendation comes from our wedding planner—feel free to mention that you were referred by Kristin Schirrmeister from Agentur Sarah Linow. Also feel free to do your own research on suit/tux rentals in Berlin if needed.

Weather in Berlin in July

Although July is summer in Berlin, the weather can be unpredictable. Evenings can be chilly, and sudden temperature changes are common. We recommend packing layers to stay comfortable in any condition and checking the forecast the week before your trip to be well-prepared!

Arriving in Berlin

If you're flying into Berlin, you'll most likely land at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). To reach the city, you have several options. The most convenient way is by Uber or taxi, with a ride taking 25–40 minutes depending on traffic. If taking a taxi, head straight to the official taxi stand and ignore anyone offering rides inside the terminal. You can also take the train, which is a great option depending on your hotel's location. We recommend checking Google Maps or your preferred navigation app for the best route.

Getting around Berlin

There’s no need to rent a car in Berlin!

The city’s transportation is easy and efficient! Public transport includes the U-Bahn and S-Bahn (metros), buses, and trams, making it simple to get anywhere. Taxis are readily available, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Bolt are great options (be sure to download the apps). If you prefer to drive yourself, car-sharing services like Miles and Share Now offer on demand rentals right from your phone (be sure to download the apps).

Other general tips

For our international guests, make sure you check visa regulations and requirements for entering Germany. We would hate for you to have any unexpected surprises upon arrival.

Please note that many businesses in Berlin, including grocery stores, shops, and pharmacies, are closed on Sundays. However, you'll find that restaurants and museums remain open, so you can still enjoy the city's offerings!
